About Iffy
Iffy joined NorthStar in October 2022 as an Investment Advisor. She is passionate about financial literacy, empowerment, and inclusion and works to support NorthStar’s clients to invest their capital in an integrative approach that aligns with their aspirations and values.
Prior to joining NorthStar, Iffy worked as a Senior Investment Director in the Endowments and Foundations Practice at Cambridge Associates, where she advised a variety of nonprofit institutions on a range of topics from asset allocation and portfolio construction to manager selection and evaluation. Before joining Cambridge Associates, Iffy was an Assistant Vice President at Wilmington Trust Company, where she developed and executed asset allocation strategies for high-net-worth investors, performed portfolio analytics and reporting for internal and external investment strategies, and provided insight on various aspects of market outlook, strategy performance, and risk to clients. Iffy began her career in the structured finance ratings group at Moody’s Investors Service, where she oversaw a portfolio of residential mortgage-backed securities and conducted industry research.
Iffy graduated cum laude from Columbia University in the city of New York with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Mathematics and earned her Master of Business Administration from the Yale School of Management. She is a member of the CFA Society of Washington, D.C. Iffy lives in the D.C. metropolitan area with her husband and son.
