About Julie

Julie is the Director of Client Service, where she manages the Client Service team by overseeing day-to-day client operations and working to enhance client relationships. Since joining in fall of 2019 as a Client Services Associate, Julie has leveraged her six years of experience in marketing, operations, trading, and client relationship management to ensure client service excellence at NorthStar.  

Julie’s background includes overseeing the implementation of new Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems, advocating for client needs with custodial banks and stakeholders, and developing tools to improve accuracy, and streamlining processes.  

Outside of work, Julie is passionate about empowering people in underserved communities to gain a deep understanding of their present financial circumstances, develop intentionality in their spending habits, and comprehend the long-term impact of each dollar on their future financial well-being. 

Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Boston and both an MBA with concentrations in Investments and Entrepreneurship and a Master’s in Finance from Northeastern University.
