About Tenzing
Tenzing is an Investment Research Analyst at NorthStar, where she collaborates with the Equity Research, Portfolio Management, and Shareholder Engagement teams to deliver comprehensive financial and social analyses of public equities. She began her journey with NorthStar in 2021 as a Shareholder Activism and Equity Research Associate. As a Tibetan-American, Tenzing is deeply committed to human rights, one of NorthStar’s five pillars. Her previous internships at The Food Bank for NYC, The Tibet Fund, and the New-York Historical Society have strengthened her appreciation for social impact and community engagement. Tenzing holds an A.B. in Economics and Statistics from Mount Holyoke College and has passed the Level I exam of the CFA Program.
