About Madison
Prior to NorthStar, Madison worked as an elementary school teacher where she saw how societal injustices and systems of oppression continue to harm students despite teacher’s best efforts. This drive to have a greater impact pushed her to study business at Babson College with the goal of continuing to challenge the status quo. Prior to her MBA studies at Babson, she received her B.A. in Anthropology from Penn State in 2020 and her M.Ed from Boston University in 2022. In her free time, Madison enjoys spending time with her family, friends and two cats.
